The proposed layout is situated at chikkajala and Maranayakahalli village, which is just opposite to Chikkajala Police station. This land is located within half a kilometer from Devenahalli Airport Road (NH 7). As per the proposed (BIAAPA plan, the existing road which connects from Airport Road to our layout will be widened to 100 feet road. The distance is just 7.5 Kilometer from airport to our project.

The proposed layout will have 30ft x 40 ft, 30ft x 50ft, 40ft x 60ft, and 50ft x 80ft dimension sites. The allotment of sites in this layout will be on first cum first serve basis, based on payment of initial deposit. The sital value is fixed taking in to consideration the land cost and registration cost which is too high in view of International Airport at Devanahalli.
